- Is there guaranteed on-site presence from Surazal?
- On-site maintenance is a part of the Solidnet™ package without additional cost. Surazal provides a network engineer for on-site maintenance and IT project work. The engineer assigned engineer will be familiar with each customer’s network, will possess WAN/LAN expertise, and will be trained in various technologies relevant to the customer’s current and future needs.
- Can Surazal engineers travel to remote locations?
- Customer’s can schedule a Surazal engineer to visit a remote location during the same time scheduled for the on site visit. Customer’s will only be responsible for travel and lodging expenses. In other words, customers will have the same expenses as if they were sending their own employee to a remote location.
- How does Surazal handle emergencies even if it is outside of the on-site hours?
- Solidnet™ emergency response is immediate for remote problem resolution. Should the emergency (downed network device, server, or connection) require on-site attention, Surazal will be on site locally within 4 hours of alarm notification.
- Why not just add a new Network Engineer?
