Granville Rouse, President

President of Surazal Systems, Inc., Granville holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. He has held many industry certifications including a Cisco Certified Network Engineer (CCNA), Juniper Certified Network Associate (JCNA), and a Six Sigma (continuous quality improvement). Granville has over 30 years of industry experience. He has worked for leading technology companies such as Xerox, AT&T, Lockheed Martin, and Lucent Technologies. Granville’s experience ranges from managing an IT department for a market research firm to maintaining the IT networks for the U.S. EPA, General Motors, AMGEN, and the states of Tennessee and Georgia. He has successfully designed and managed the implementation of the core network infrastructure for leading universities, manufacturing firms, and pharmaceutical companies. Granville is respected as one of the leading network engineers in the area.

Cheryl Medford, Director of Business Services

As Director of Business Services, Cheryl Medford oversees the business services division, which provides functional support for core Surazal departments. Cheryl holds both an undergraduate degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She has worked as a marketing manager for AT&T and has over 15 years of experience managing operations and production for various companies. Cheryl has an enthusiasm for excellence in business services and operations and has worked as a consultant in various industries such as communications, technology, entertainment, and retail.

Ondria McCloud, Service Delivery Manager

Ondria McCloud is the Service Delivery Manager for Surazal Systems. She is responsible for customer service and technical operations. In past positions, Ondria has worked as a clinical chemist and a pharmaceutical engineer. As a former process/project Engineer, certified quality auditor, and department head of quality for Bristol-Myers Squibb, Ondria has vast knowledge of systems management, training, policy/procedure construction, and problem solving. Her ability to handle multiple tasks makes her an asset to our organization.
